not sure about dropping company at all
while he has not been at his best neither has any of the defence which is mostly due to the poor set up in front of them
while i don't mind going 4-4-2 in this game, by dropping Kompany, pellegrini is ignoring the larger problem and blaming individuals....this could cause moral problems
Kompany is a big enough man to take it BUT if i was him I would feel rightfully aggrieved at being dropped (if that is the case)....you don't go from being possibly th best centre half in world football to a poor player in a season or two..........the tactics and set up employed by the manager have left all the back 4 exposed
hopefully it won't matter too much tonight
