You'd be surprised of the fitness levels at this age (as adults we have a tendency of falsely remembering our youth as having been an experience of infinite energy and potential). I would say it is a combination of all three factors.

I agree about Patching and Garcia. Fernandes has dropped off quite a bit and Faour has been quite wasteful, but he is allowed an off match (he cannot carry the team every game).
