City vs Newcastle 1996 ?

I'll never forget the 3-3 which was a top-class footie spectacle; I was sat in the Platt Lane/ Umbro doo-da in the front row and when Kinkly did one of his magic runs he hooked the left-foot shot wide of the right hand post straight to me - I was wearing a rather nice brand new overcoat I had just purchased as a once in a blue moon buy but I thought nowt of it as I clutched that wet muddy casey to me chest and then chucked it to one of me heroes like Scott Hiley or Nigel Clough (:(() . Happy days.

I can remember being livid at the reporting of this game, they said 'Newcastle are held to a draw by City'

NO!!! They held us to a draw! We were never behind, it's not like we were shit a luckily got 3 goals, we were the better side for a large portion of the game.
I remember beating them at home that season going one nil down then Walsh and David brightwell scored for city I think I was only 5

Kinkladze's best ever game in a City shirt. Perhaps the only game he ever played well for the full 90 minutes as well.

Was literally like having Messi in the team that day.

3 -3 one of the best games ive seen, curle and asprilla knocking shit out of each other, open free flowing game, geordies in every stand (AND THE DENMARK) happy days
