As far as I'm concerned there are only two endings to any season.

City win the title or they don't.


If I owned the Rothman's annual the list of champions would read 'Not City' for all years except 1937, 1968 and 2012.

No, it can't happen (mathematically).

If City lost to Newcastle and Scum won it would put them 18 points ahead with 24 points to play for.

A Scum win in the derby would put them 21 ahead with 21 to play for, so can't happen.
