Maybe a stupid question, but if they suspect they may have it why not just test them? I know you can be symptom free for 2 weeks, but is the test not available during that time?

As much as it sucks, I don't see the point of carrying on with the football season anymore, they should simply postpone it across Europe for 2 months to see if situation improves, if it doesn't, just cancel it.
