City vs Real Madrid - Ticket sale problem

I'm on the UEFA cup scheme so already have my ticket but cant' seem to buy ticket for my lad using his Season Ticket - should be able to do this for him because he is on Friends and Family list? When i login the ticket website just shows 'Restricted Sale' to me?

Think you'll need to log in using your sons account, as you've already been allocated through the scheme and it's your account will show restricted sale

Yeah you'll have to registered him with a separate account to be able to login and purchase a ticket. It's a nonsense.

Had that myself, it does that when the website is overwhelmed.

It is. The whole purpose of Friends and Family is supposedly to let you manage their tickets for them.

It's the same with all the automated cup schemes as the system says you've already bought a ticket and so exhausted your allocation. If you weren't in the cup scheme you could buy more than 1 no problem as long as they qualify

Did it a couple of times for me, but then let me in. Was all rather painless, apart from paying the money.

Just logged on my phone and got my ticket in normal seat in under 2 minutes. For once it worked perfectly.
