Mancini better holds some great motivating HT talk and we come out with pace, attacks, shots and goals.

Slow build ups will be our death. No top teams in Europe is as slow in build ups as we.

they look scared to death of losing the ball

Given the amount of times they lost it, they obviously aren't scared enough of losing it!

Pretty lacklustre stuff overall. Back 4 looks very shaky and there's obviously a lack of spark. If it doesn't improve in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half, then time to give Balotelli, Dzeko or Sinclair a go.

In fairness that was really poor. No drive, focus, width, pace or concentration. We can't even take a proper corner or throw in atm.

Two things - if the players are doing this on purpose to get Bob sacked that is fucking horrific and the lot of them are cunts.

Booing the team regardless of how poor they've been is also fucking horrific. It embarasses the club and achieves nothing.

Proper needs sorting and they need to step the fuck up. Quickly.

Never thought I'd see the day when we are champions of England yet get booed off the pitch by our own fans. This club has changed beyond recognition.

I actually thought we played fine in the first half, not great no, but we dominated possession, just needed a better final ball and more urgency. Absolutely nothing on the level of knee-jerking that's going on here.

It's not knee jerking. We can't use the "we were a smaller club" mentality forever. Expectations have been raised and what are those expectations if the players aren't held to them.

I agree that the booing is very poor form but to say we played fine is not true at all. No urgency or desire and that is worrying.

A few have mentioned it earlier in the thread and it does look like the Chelsea displays when players seemed like they were trying to get rid of manager.

Nastasic hasn't covered himself in glory defensively, but I do like that he seems willing to carry the ball forward into space. We definitely need our defenders to take the space the opposition is giving if they're going to play so compact. I'd like to see more of it and for Yaya to trust them to do so and form the triangle instead of coming to play in between them, which is definitely not helping

I don't remember booing under Pearce but then again my memory isn't what it was. I would wager most were tourists that's no excuse though!
