Only this.

Get home, analyse the game and then move on. Use Swansea to get tonight out of our system.

Looks like Europa or nothing depending on the result of the return leg. I think I'd prefer to go out of Europe completely - absolutely skint!

To be honest, I'd rather finish 4th and fuck the Europa League
off, assuming we don't qualify for the knockout stages of the CL.

no a uefa cup final at the dam would be awesome

Well reading some of the other threads ie Bobby out and cancel CL schemes etc I thought I would gloss over this one. Realistically tonight saw us challenging for the Prem and FA Cup now, so let's do ourselves a favour and get a good result and put some pressure on the Rags and Chelski. CTID

I'm in. Good too see someone not throwing a hissy fit whenever things don't go to plan.

Come on City....

Re: Move on..... Swansea next

Swansea will be tough after tonight and it could be an early hiccup if we're not careful.

Have to bounce back. One game at a time, and before you know it you're back in the mix again

Re: Move on..... Swansea next

Don't underestimate Swansea. They keep the ball very well a la Ajax. Let's hope we're more switched on than we were tonight. Midfield on saturday ? No Silva, no Milner, Yaya possibly injured, no Rodwell, no Garcia. Barry, Nasri and.....?

Yep back to proper football, im over tonight cos it's just a rigged hyped up cash cow to see Bayern, Real, Barca and one other into the semi-finals. If i'm honest I was more pissed off we got knocked out of the league cup because that was a realistic trophy we could have won and now we've only got 2 trophies to go for (hoping we don't go into Europa).
It is rigged, but I still want to see City playing and competing against the best and the Dortmund home game was so much more impressive than the Premiership games. Players need it to develop

I agree the players do and thats why I was puzzled to read Yaya wants a new challenge as he's gone as far as he can here. Errr can somebody please tell him about the challenge of the Champions League. As for me I personally don't care for the competition and it's fucking wank signature tune 'The Championssssssss' but I accept i'm in the minority. I'd take a few FA cups, League Cups and another coiple of titles long before the Champions league becomes a thorn in our side.

Ageed Op- everytime I have been to Amsterdam I haven't remembered a thing, it's best if the lads take the same approach..onwards and upwards blues

Re: Move on..... Swansea next

Hart
Zabaleta-Kompany-Lescott-Clichy

this back 5 from now till the end of the season for every remaining PL game they are available for. Lets get back that clean sheet mentality with a settled back 4 that knows each other inside out.

Pantillimon
Richards-Toure-Nastasic-Kolarov

should one of he first choice back 5 get injured simply replace him with his corrolating position from the second choice back 5.

Keep it simple and settled.

Re: Move on..... Swansea next

hope sinclair gets some game time, could do with his pace and work rate, nasri just doesnt defend.

Full strength against Swansea. Expecting 3-0 or more.

Arrogance knows no bounds.....

We are playing shite at the moment.

Could just as easy be 3-0 to Swansea, they are a decent team in mid table.
