They'll soon be at that age where they're too old for all the youth football, but simply not good enough for the first team. They'll all leave to the lower leagues, to get regular football. Sounds harsh, but realistically, it's true. From now on, the only players i see making the step up from our academy are some of the foreign ones we bring over from abroad, such as Helan and Olle, for instance.
