I feel strangely proud!
It looked at one point that United were going to pick us off, and win this relative ease.
A point was the fairest result in my opinion. We had plenty of the ball, but only really badgered their goal for a 15 minute spell in the second half.
Both teams could argue they deserved all three, afterall Young was on side from RVP's shot and Kolo did catch Evra in the box, however Smalling handled as we were about to go through one on one, and the ref pulling Yaya up as he was about to go clear down the wing, as we were massively outnumbering them on the break.
Hart probably couldn't do much about the goals, but he looked very nervous today.
Fair play to Kolo, as I feared the worse when Kompany went off.
As for Balotelli, I've had enough now. Get rid in January!!

Deserved at least a draw but you have to give the fuckers credit, they are ruthless. They are also a much more balanced side than us. Ask 95% of fans and neutrals and they would've had tevez starting with aguero. Fuck knows what Mancini was thinking. Poor decision but he can't get it always right. Also would've started lescott instead of nasty. Final point, hart makes so very odd decisions at times. Rolls it out to kolo with RVP two yards away, madness!!!!

Come on now, Nasty had a great game, he's a fantastic defender and he looked to be holding the rest of them at the back together, Kolo had a decent game too.

They had their 3:0 lead, which probably would've ended the game, wrongly disallowed.

He played poor defensively in this match. Rafael and Valencia were easily bypassing him, but offensively he seemed pretty good.

I'm sorry but this is a nonsense. Even despite being 2v1 for most of the game Clichy got the better of Valencia quite easily.

Their 2nd goal was directly due to him not getting tight and seeing off a pass by Valencia to Rooney? I thought he had a terrible game but mainly because he didn't really like in that situation get any help from midfield.

I agree, and he looked off the pace (in my mind he was not fit enough). On his day he is as quick as Valencia but on several occasions they were running step-for-step and Valencia pulled away.

Clichy was awful , so many poor passes , no threat on the overlap either .....

Zabaleta put so much more into the game.

Its funny how no one has made a post on how useless Clichy was today . Opening his legs for Rooney's first goal , Making Rafael look like Ronaldo for the second .

Clichy did not seem to be fit. he lacked pace today, and did not cover his position properly..Rather than Tevez being blamed for the free-kick, Clichy should not have been playing around with the ball..

Until then, I was thankful that we had at least managed to get a point from this match..hard to digest this result :(

Balotelli's contribution was no worse than Aguero's... not forgetting what Sergio has done for the club, but he's been awful this season.
