Clichy cost us that game by dicking around near the area. Fcking criminal what he did.
Joe did not cover himself in glory as well.He should have demanded the ball back and a good strong clearance would have gave us the draw.

I agree. They were both to blame. Fucking idiots.

That was a well earned point in the bag and we fuck it up with our own incompetence.

Mancini picking Mario again. Does he ever fucking learn? He can join the to blame list.

Few questions about today:

For Mancini;

- What was the tactical reason for starting Balotelli ahead of Tevez?

- Why did we play a system that didn't combat attacking wingers and left out full-backs constantly exposed? (United's well-known way of playing for the past 10-15 years)

- Why did he wait until Balotelli fucked up a back heel (5 minutes into the second half) before immediately throwing his arms up in to the air and calling Tevez to replace him? To me, that's a reactionary substitution and essentially bad man-management.

- Why was Kompany playing if he wasn't fit? He obviously knew that he wasn't going to last the distance otherwise Maicon, Lescott AND Toure wouldn't have been on the bench.

For the fans that let us down;

- Are you genuinely fucking stupid? No wonder we get attached with this fucking 'bitter' tag when idiots like you can't handle a defeat.

For Yaya;

- The fuck is up with you, man? Pull your finger out.

Lastly Mario;

- Do you know what you want to be when you grow up?

As you can see, a lot of questions for Mancini to answer. I'm not one to call for his head, never have, but questions have to be asked about his management today. The worrying thing for me is that I can't see how recover from this without somebody grabbing the situation by the bollocks and really rallying together (aka - zoning out Balo). The contrasts from last year are too easy to see and assumptions are too easy to make.

- Newcastle next weekend; difference from last year (go there to win the league - going there to 'rescue our title bid')
- United at the Etihad; difference from last year (play attacking wingers/RVP - playing Park and defending for a point)

If want for a better phrase (and I really can't think of one) - I just lost a little bit of faith today. (Please take that with a pinch of salt - I love Mancini, but he was exposed a bit today)

Just got back and apart from being deflated, for the first time I wish for Balo to just leave now. His contribution was benign as well as the ref being totally out of his depth !

Tevez moving out of the wall.....

Why?

Why?!?!
because Rooney was completely unmarked and moving towards the edge of the box
So you arrange a 4 man wall, then don't replace one who leaves it?

Ok, how did that work out

I'd rather have taken a chance on Rooney hitting a moving ball that was played to him , than Van Persie taking a stationary free kick .....

Tevez should have stayed where he was ... on the end of the wall !

is there a football fan alive (other than a rag), that would never get tired of punching ashley young?

I can't stand the horrible ****.

Diving cheating scum, got away with some belters today, he really has perfected it.

I didn't think i could possibly despise him anymore, until i saw him smacking himself on the chest when they celebrated the third goal.

If i could have got my hands on him today, i would have strangled him until he stopped kicking

I'm sorry but i'd change managers at the end of the season, every fucking game Balotelli starts its playing with 10 men, why on fucks earth was Kolo picked ahead of Lescott?

Kompany, Hart, Yaya haven't been as good as last season.
A few things for the hard of thinking:

1) Balotelli was no where near awful today. He was very bright and linked very well. He also worked hard and put Aguero through only for a poor first touch by Aguero to allow it to go to the keeper. So I don't really know what you are talking about.

2) Mancini likes to play with a right and left footer at CB. Kolo did fine and was not at fault for anything.

3) Hart not at fault for the goals, Kompany went off injured and that was Yaya's best game of the season.

Other than that fully agree..... with your first two words and your apology is accepted.

;)

He can be at the top of the blame list; get over personal issues with Tevez, and start him, he changed the game when he came on. He is getting nowhere near the best out of the players we have. No shape or structure today in the first half.

I think today demonstrates an air of arrogance that we have had this year, nobody wins the league without fire in the belly. So far this season we have seen precious little on display.

For the life of me i can not understand how Mancini came to a decision to start with Ballotelli rather than Tevez.

We should of won the game on chances but credit to the rags, they took their chances.

Mancini is walking a dangerous line with Ballo, for the first time i am questioning if or owners may feel the time is right for a change.

I hope they don't feel the need for a change. Stability is what we need. Yes, the chimps league was an embarrassment and yes we've not been performing well but it would be a mistake to get someone else in - especially half way into a season. Bob has brought us success these past two seasons. Success in a generation of failure remember. Now is not the time for change.

agree100% why the fxxk didnt he come off his line and collect the ball, clichy running towards him with his arms out like "come on just pick it up", anyway i think Mancinis personal issues with Tevez is going to cost us the title, we have the squad to be clear by now and we are 6 points behind and for me thats down to mancini, when he selected Dzeko to play v mertasacker in the arsenal game and left Tevez out i knew something wrong, anyone with any clue about football knows to play Tevez in that game

Just got back I'm hearing we got lucky with the offside and it should have been 3-0? Not sure how I feel about today second half was much better though and De Gea's shoulder stopped us from taking the game in the end! Ah well. Bring on the next game.
