Aguero has been frustrating. Silva has been excellent. Kompany looks the shakiest of the back 4.

Villa could nick one, but let's hope its when we are out of sight. My pre match prediction was 4-0. Sticking with that as Villa won't sit back as much.

People don't seem happy with how this is going which is odd to me. This is the type of play that, when done consistently, wins titles. Composed, smart football where we control the game with our possession, and then scrap out a goal or two. This is the run-in team from last year.

If you think about the front 6, they are all very smart players, and I feel whenever we have both Barry and Nasri in, possession is always one-sided for us.

Villa not pressing high as the way to play us is sitting in and just in front of the box and then try and break from deep.To a large extent it was working but we will see if they don't score how the game will go when they have to chase a goal.
Yeah, i think pressing high works sometimes very well against us, but not when we have Silva, Nasri, Tevez and Toure all playing, to give them space behind midfield would be suicide. And also Lescott isn't playing, much as he's a good defender, he's easily forced into giving the ball away.

The weight of City pressure has told.

I interpreted that as meaning that all City's probing/pressure meant we'd got through as we eventually would do.
Thanks for clarifying. Wrongly translated (understood) the last sentence about pressure.. :) Never mind.
