Fantastic support from Watford for tomorrow, looks like they could have sold many more than the 6,000 that are coming.

Lots of time for Zola, great player who got a great reception from City fans when Chelsea played at Maine Road in the last game of the season some years ago.

Got a feeling it will be one of the games of the round.
I thought he got kicked on the pitch.

I was sitting in the front row of the Kippax that day and when he came over to take a corner he got a standing ovation from the city fans. He gave us a clap back.

I remember it as Wise came over to take a corner a bit later and got dogs abuse which was very funny!

Suarez and Lopes in the squad, could see Suarez actually starting but Lopes probably on the bench.

A big game for Suarez as he didn't do too well against Villa in the League Cup.

Never had a soft spot for Watford never forgiven them for knocking us out of the F.A cup 4th round in 1986.Although saying that Watford were a decent team in the 80s and got to F.A cup final in 1984.They lost to Everton 2-0 in that final.

No doubt by the interest shown by both sets of supporters in tomorrows game a few Watford fans will be visiting our forum tonight.

So here is a messgae from the Blue side of Manchester.

Enjoy your visit to the Etihad tomorrow but not to much, I think you will find our supporters a bit more welcoming than those down the road, enjoy what should be a great occasion, I think it shows by our supporters selling out the game that we are looking forward to a old type FA Cup day / game, this has been helped by your club agreeing to a great pricing structure for the game which has allowed supporters from both clubs to attend a game with families.

Safe trip North and hopefully be ready to be amazed at what we are lucky to have from our great owners and team working behind the scenes at the club, you will find we have not changed from the days of Maine Road we are just like Watford a Family Club who still do plenty for the younger element of our support.

Enjoy your visit 'but not to much'

Been to both the Ethiad and Maine Road a couple of times each. I have to say that I went to a mid week cup match at Maine Road , must have been 20 years or so ago when you thumped us by 3 or 4 can't remember the score. What I do remember was the sound of Blue Moon, starting in one stand then moving round the ground getting louder and louder. Still brings hairs up on the back of my neck. One of the sounds that transcends club affiliation, same as the old Kop at Liverpool with Never Walk alone. Have a good un.

I see many putting Rekik at left back. Isn't he a CB who played at LB because we were short of fit players? Surely Lescott would now fill in at LB over Rekik?

Or have I got it completely wrong?

Rekik played LB while on loan at Portsmouth.
That would make sense then. Probably better to have a potentially dodgy LB than CB.

Real downer if there are no streams for this game, was looking forward to it.

Nice to see some Watford fans on here, they seem a descent bunch.

I don't like home cup games. They're often quite boring, they're never a full house and half of our "singers" are fucked off for 5800 away fans who outsing us all game.

You can't beat away cup ties.
