City vs WBA Post Match Thread

Happy for the 3 points. Started brilliantly then got cocky and cute, which led to the goal. 2nd half we were pretty uninspired. Ageuro & Silva were excellent. As was MDM(I know), Garcia(I know), Dinho & Zab. Thought Clichy was really poor again. Gutted for the Silva injury. Let's see how the team responds to the Silva injury. Hope they step up.

Let's just roll our sleeves up and get on with what's left of the season. It's not going to be easy so get behind the lads and stop fuckin whingeing about injuries.

Save all your vitriol for those twats 35 miles down the M62 and just guffaw at those other twats in Trafford.

Come on!!

I am happy with the 3 points and with Aguero getting more game time and a goal but losing Silva will be a major blow to our title hopes.

I think if Chelsea beat the dippers it could just have enough of a galvanising affect to see us over the line. Especially if yaya is back.

If not, then surely we cannot have another season as plagued with untimely injuries such as this one and we can all look forward to another

season of entertaining football at the top end of the best football league in the world. Irrespective of whether we sign Messi or not.

Good win, comfortable win, WBA was poor, but the goal we conceded was comical, vs a better opponent it could have cost us, we have a free kick and we end up concedeing from it, sort it out...

We have 4 more games, the two away ones will be really hard but we have to go there with the mentality of we win those games. Reaching 86 points at least would be like we really gave a fight for the tilte. Even if I dont really see Pool dropping points, 86 points would be good for Pelle first season.

2nd place is clearly something we have to get from now on at least.

Solid win, 3 points.

Nice to see Aguero close to full fitness and scoring a sublime goal.

Demicheles been very impressive last couple of weeks.

Hope Silva is ok

Pellegrini says Aquero ok
Silva seeing doc tomorrow regarding that ankle which he has played in pain with for last few games !
Yaya's back next game
All according to Pellegrini

Did this win get us qualification to next season's CL?

Need another 5 points to be sure of Chumps League next season if Arsenal win their remaining 3 games.

4 points will do.Everton can only reach 78 points and with our far superior GD that should do it.

-- Mon Apr 21, 2014 9:22 pm --
