What is Mancini doing. I've been a supporter of him through it all but these last 2 games he can clearly see things aren't working and he just sits there doing nothing.

Nobody is blaming him for missing sitters. But last week in particular, it was obvious something needed to be done. If he has no idea of how to react in those situations, then he's not good at a significant part of his job.
