I doubt Silva will be available as he didn't make the bench at Wembley and I don't think he travelled either.

But injury situation looks much improved. Micah and Rodwell must be nearing comebacks

Think there will be a fair few changes. Think Micah will get a start and Zaba a well deserved rest before Spurs. Clichy was out on his feet by 60 minutes as was Sergio in my opinion. Both Rodwell and Micah travelled with the squad to Wembley so they couldn't have been a million miles away.

I'd go with:

Hart

Richards, Kompany, Nastasic, Kolarov

Yaya, Garcia, Rodwell(If ready)

Nasri

Tevez, Dzeko

No need to risk Silva if he's not fully ready, fancy us to win this one comfortably, they never really turn up playing at our place.

So is this game not a formality? just like the final will be?

Or....... should we give a very good footballing side with a talented young maager the respect they deserve?

This
Need to cement 2nd place (3rd wont be too bad either but must avoid 4th and the dreaded play off) so strongest team for me

I think we need to make 11 changes as they were out on their feet yesterday.

Struggling to put a team together but maybe:

Hart
Micah
Kolo
Lescott
Kolarov

Garcia
Razak
Rodwell

Silva(if fit, if not, Maicon, Guidetti, Marcos Lopes?)
Sinclair
Dzeko

Struggling really but I think the regulars need a rest regardless of if we end up not winning the game. I'd rather lose this game than the cup final.

Maybe you play 3 at the back like this:

--------------------Hart----------------------

----------Micah-----Kolo-----JoLe-------------

Maicon-------------------------------------AK

--------------------Garcia---------------------

-------------Rodwell------Razak---------------

--------------------Sinclair--------------------

--------------------Dzeko---------------------

Obviously if Silva can make it give him an hour in a 4-3-3 or in that formation drop Razak and stick Sinclair wide.

Either way I think it will be a tough game as Wigan will be buoyant and fighting for survival whilst we'll be playing the B team if we're sensible.

I dont think I'd take it that far, that lineup is brutal. Its been months since half of those players have been in a real match. Micah and Maicon are just coming back. Kolorov hasnt played since Everton away (i think)where he looked terrible. Rodwell and Razak controlling the midfield? Sinclair has only played out on the wing for City, and do you think that midfield group will be able to provide any decent distribution for Dzeko who's not exactly Aguero when it comes to creating his own shot? For me, we cant take this match that lightly.

well if the lads who played yesterday keep playing they'll be knackered, they need a rest particularly with Spurs on sunday.

Was it not bad enough throwing a fucking pint pot on my head in the Green Man and now you want to ridicule me in public. Hart should be punished for taking to long to eat his fucking Nando's whilst his fucking Bentley sat in a disabled bay get a grip man.
