citycard vs access card

all fellow blues need some help,

I paid 30n pound few weeks ago for city card as being based in ireland will only get over for 5-6 games this season, city card arrived in the post few days ago yet this morning another letter arrived with a letter saying seasoncard 2009/10 with a white card with accesscard 2009/10 written on it ?

Has the club sent me a season card in error or what? checked credit card have only been charged for the city card so dont know what the **** is going on ?

Anyone that can help , much appreciated

If you have been sent a season card by mistake you are a lucky guy and if you dont want it you are my new best friend :)

Serioulsy it happened to me last year and once they realised they had ballsed up they cancelled the card

it obviously is a season book? will this work ?

The white card you have got is probably blank and that is what the access card looks like and they are free.

its a white card with accesscard 09/10 written on it?
the letter with it states it s the season card for 09/ 10 at the end of last season i did complete a application for an access card though it never arrived

They're fuckin' useless in that ticket office ....

I've just spent more than ten minutes getting through to them on the phone to chase up my Citycard renewal of a month ago , and why , despite the money being taken out , the new card hasn't turned up yet ...... i also reminded him that the season was about to start!

The lad at the other end of the line said that there had been some kind of computer system fault with some Citycards ...... and then he says ... "right , i better get your new card reprinted and posted out".

I said to him "thanks for that , but if i hadn't of chased it up what would have happened?"

"No idea" ..... he replies!

So i retorts .."well would i have ever got it?"

"Can't really say" , he says ....and then he adds .."it might have come to notice eventually"!
