CityCard is good for away game tickets, giving priority before open sale. Some games would be sold out before open sale so without CityCard no chance of tickets. Also useful for priority at many home games.

As an automated card entry system it is extremely effiicient,

And as mentioned already, the fee is redeemed by £5 discount on six tickets.

Just noticed this thread about citycard,ordered liverpool match the other day and turns out i have been paying full price for games this season(no £5 discount).According to ticket office you have to now ask for discount when booking seats where last season was automatically deducted for first six games. Anyone else been caught out with that?

City Cards are a good idea as it is a membership and accrues points. As said earlier the £30 investment is returned. The points system has like all systems good points and bad. On the whole it is fair. As far as selling tickets it is illegal, whether it is illegal to give them away I dont know ;)

Tesco dont charge for there there Club Cards why should City ? Get an Acsess Card they dont cost nowt & you still get Loyality points .The Charge is anothe rway of Ripping of the Fans .Unit*d Started it & it is Embarrasing that we do it

You get priority over tickets though after it's gone to ST.

The Cards themselves are good but Charging Fans to buy them is a disgrace .It Like Charging to go to a Supermaket then giving you cash back for buying something .There is no reason to Charge

city card is shite discriminates against fans that may go three or our times a season.noticed a couple of times they have started charging the same for a cup matches good news.change of points system is great for fans the last five years but crap for older fans whos loyalty is lost if they move away for a couple of years.Lets face it if they had records going back 50 years and every fan got 500 points for each year they had a season ticket that would be fair.
