Still not received mine ahead of Saturday. Anyone else still waiting? Also just looked and not received the £5 off each ticket booked. Does anyone know how to take this off the ticket price whilst booking online?
Isn't this done automatically when you quote your 'customer number'? You better ring them at 9 o clock and prepare to be in a long queue as ever.
The ticket office remains a mess I am afraid.

I did mine last week contacted customer services who refunded the 5 a ticket difference

Did you purchase your ticket in the "Citizens window"? I think this last for about a week or so.
If you bought your ticket after they had gone on General sale then you don't get the £5 off.
I fell foul of this last Season.

Bought my Sunderland and rags tickets just before my 12 month membership ran out,received my Sun paper ticket last week.Phoned them up yesterday told them I will not be renewing due to £35 being a ripp off for a membership,always tickets on Blue moon no problem.

I can't get into mine, it's been weeks now, just get server error after entering passeord. I've given up. City help on Twitter told me to clear cookies, but it's not that.Does anyone else have problems logging into cityzens portal mine just keeps looping the load up
I'm waiting for my card too. Email said if not received by 8th August to contact supporter services but think I'll wait a bit.

I have tried multiple computers I think the service is down ah well can still book tickets so that's one thing I suppose

Don't even get me started on being able to book tickets...it took hour & half yesterday to book Bucharest at home tickets due to the website not working.

When I was speaking to them about changing a credit card detail at the end of july, they told me that the Cityzen cards wouldn't be out before sept or oct. Laughable really.

Yes I have the same problem; this has been going on for over a year now.
I have contacted supporter services numerous times; I was told that I had more than one account, but they didn't know how or why. They seem to think that resetting the password is the answer, but this works once & then doesn't let me in the next time.
My supporter number and password will however, strangely enough, let me into the ticket purchase and City store parts of the site.

That sounds about right unfortunately. The first game I have booked is Bournemouth on the 17th September and they have already sent me the paper ticket so I don't think I will have my card by then.

My Sunderland came beginning of last week and i just got my Bournemouth ones yesterday.
I booked mine in july couple of days after they announced we could buy them.

Yeah; I've booked that as well, but I haven't got my ticket yet. If you don't mind me asking, when did you book (I booked on august 5th)?
Booked it on 7th July, ticket arrived yesterday.
