just watching the watford game reminded me of when we played them opening game of that season and what a great season it was.

norwich at home game stuck out for me going down to 10 men but still smashing them.

sheff wed away 6-2 i think, great day

ali b was immense

and the typical city of losing 4-0 at home to wimbledon haha

and the fact they put a big sack of balloonins in the way when pearce lifted the trophy so us in the kippax couldnt see it.

what a shower of shit that was, watford away 6;15 a sunday night. saying that i went newcastle away sunday 7pm that season in the fa cup.

the way we destroyed a good ipswich team to in the fa cup

Ha. Think it went into administration about March and then went under!!

The Ipswich performance was terrific.

The victories over Burnley as well and Sheff Wed.

Funny thing about that team was we never really clicked early in the season and were very inconsistent. I remember reading Keegan's notes from the final game and even he said there was a period earlier in the season where he was wondering if we had the quality to do anything like as well as we ended up doing!
