City's fans are the best in England - Mario

Great comments by Mario. Its really what City fans wanted to hear. Sky Sports News were quick to report his comments on arrival in Milan but they choose to ignore these words about his former club. All the best Mario.
 
Some very nice remarks from, by all accounts, a very nice lad.

As someone said, he genuinely seemed to enjoy making the day of underprivileged or ill children, by meeting them at the ground or doing the hospital rounds.


All the bad headlines were frustrating, but he will always be fondly remembered by me for his semi-final and final performances (and that wink), the two goals - especially the first, a very underrated goal, IMHO - at the swamp and of course, nudging the ball back into the path of Agüerooooooooooooooo! On 13th May last year.

I'm sad to see Mario go, but as someone pointed out, it's better to get our money back than to receive nothing if he is hounded out.

Not where i sit . He got lots of unwarranted criticism while certain other players are untouchable . Dzeko gets dogs abuse off some as well
 
Mario will realise his world class potential at Milan.

I am not surprised by the class of his goodbye comments. Mario acted with class much of the time but this hardly got reported. Mario also knew how to have a good night out which is not a bad thing in my book.

For me Mario is the greatest entertainer I have ever seen at City. The fact that Trafford fans are happy he is going also says a lot about him as a footballer.

The best thing for me is that Talk Shite and much of the sporting press will now have to work harder to find their stories
 
More's the point, who the fuck is going to take the penalties??? Can we sign Elano back?
