Abdisalam has an older brother, Abdirashid Ibrahim, who is a semi-professional footballer playing for F.C. United of Manchester.

And of course, Mike's dad, George, was also a professional with Preston, among others.
I don't know for sure, but I would imagine that the Summerbees are the first example of three generations of pro footballers.

Peter Barnes brother Michael played for City not sure if he made first team though.
