My money was taken the 25th June and i am still waiting for this season's pack. It was late last year as well. When ever I phone City it's the same reply ...."there's been a holded up and they are being sent out the middle of August "" .....I am still waiting . Has anyone received there's yet ? I know my mate is still waiting !!

Can I still book for games even though I haven't got this season's card yet as I have paid for it ??

But you can still buy tickets, can get them print at home via email

I got my MCWFC ticket for the Barca game and WhoTF we played last game (funny how I can remember who we played for my first game in '55 but can't remember the last one!!!) by email and a wee message to tell me to use my own fuckin' ink and print 'em at Ewing Towers. And then another email saying they were run off their tiny feet and the season card pack would be out shortly. They did mention October but I can't recall whether they meant 2018!

You don't need to fuck about printing them they will send your ticket by post.

Paid for mine on the 15th August and in the "thank you e.mail" it said the normal blurb about high demand and to be patient, as packs would be sent within 30 days!
As mentioned...same as last year, and when you question this, they come back with things like "not our fault as the Citizens Pack distribution has been subcontracted out !!!!!!

It's late every year but seems even later this season. We order three (mine, my dad's and my brothers) and none of us have ever got ours before September.

They could make the whole process far more straightforward by doing away with all the needless additional shit they send, lowering the price by a few quid and just sending out the cards.

Ok do not send "the shit" .....but remember that some young fans really look forward to the pack of goodies, as I still do at 68 !!
The bottom line for me...................do not promise, if you cannot fulfill within a decent time period, and do not bloody well subcontract out to a useless company.
