Yup, paid up, no card, no goodies. But paper ticket arrives within a couple of days when booking online.
Still shite planning.

Still waiting, spent 40 mins on phone 2 weeks ago trying to sort paper ticket for Fulham, they said be posted out but it never arrived, rang on thursday before game they said they'd email it to me, this also never arrived, collected on the day, queued to get in ticket didn't work, queued again at ticket office, got another ticket and queued at gate again

Ive also still not received my cityzens card even though theyve taken the money. Its just ridiculous.
