Villareal looked a very solid and well drilled outfit tonight, if nothing spectacular. Juventus were poor tonight.

Atletico pretty much the same as Villareal. Didn't look great against United.

Haven't seen Benfica. Can't comment on them.

Honestly just give me the scouse. Be done with it either way. Give us them in a FA Cup Semi final too so it’s 4 games in 11 days. They ain’t beating us to 3 competitions then. Worse case scenario we split the 4 games 2-2. I’m good with whatever 2 games we beat them in then so long as one is in the league. That’s my preference anyways.

Unless we produce a cluster fcuk before it then we’re going to have to play at least one of them sooner or later anyways. I’d rather play the scouse in a 1/4 final than a semi or final. Would cushion the blow slightly if we were to lose it.

Not really. If they draw each other that’s one of them gone. Then in the SF chances are double that we avoid the winner. Then hopefully they get knocked out in the Semi.
