Why did it say only zenit could draw benfica?

Due to it all kicking off in Crimea and the Russian's basically invading Ukraine yet pretending they didn't, UEFA decided to keep Ukrainian and Russian sides apart, so with Dynamo Kiev the only other option left for Zenit they had to be drawn against Benfica.

Many of the bigger teams facing each other and if we can't turn Kiev over we would get mullered by the likes of bigger ones

Regarding fans at the away tie Daniel Taylor (Telegraph) has just tweeted the following.

"Spoken to UEFA to double check, no City fans will be allowed into the Kiev game. It's a shame that one set of supporters are punished for Racism of others"

Does that mean they are allowed home fans in???

No home fans are allowed in, in much the same way that no home fans were allowed in against CSKA which, of course, means there will be plenty of home fans in the stadium.

B-b-b-but, I don't understand. I've been reading on here this last few days that, because UEFA hate us and PSG, that we'd be paired together so one of us would be knocked out. What happened? In terms a 5 year old can follow, please.

UEFA love PSG so they've got the 16th best team in England.

UEFA hate City fans so we've got a draw where the fans can't go.
