Just glad we didnt get RealMadrid , the best team in Spain or Atletico Madrid , the 2nd best team in Spain.
 
The way I look at it, If you would have told me right after the CSKA home match we'd be facing Barca in the knockout round, I'd have snapped your arm off. Add to it that we are trailing Chelsea by just 3, what a turnaround.
 
On a risk/reward scale Barcelona was by far the best draw we could have been given.

Right now they are miles behind the likes of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich but arguably still a more prestigious name; if we beat them, as I think we will, no longer will anyone be able to doubt our stature as a true European heavyweight.

It's our big shot.

Very good point. PSG have given them a bloody lip on a couple of occasions; No reason we can't do the same.

Barca plays a very different game under Enrique. They play a lot more direct this year. The center backs will bypass the midfield and try to pass directly to the front line players in attack. When they lose the ball in the final 3rd the midfielders will try to press the opposition in their own half trying to get the ball back and with the quality of their front line try to get goals that way. I hope Pellegrini does away with the high line when playing them. It could hurt us. On the other hand Barca's defence can be had. Even though PSG lost 3-1 they had a number of opportunities in that game. If we can break Barca's press in our own half we can hit them with Navas and Aguero (if fit).
