CL League Phase Draw 2025/26 | Fixtures (pg 32)

Blimey!

I went to all the CL aways last year but might not qualify for Monaco.
I'd love to know what.percentage of our fans who attend the game have actually got 28,500 points

Not to worry
I'm in a Supporters Club, so according to all the bollocks I read on here,. I'll be guaranteed a ticket

There is a ''for all football enthusiasts'' section in the home end (probably be next to away section). Pretty much advertising directly for city fans, they never sell out and have done this loads in the past. Essentially 2nd away section. Priced at starting from 79 euro hence they can get around price cap for away tickets which has been lowered to 50 euro this season.

The daft thing is, that stand holds much more than 1000. I went last time we all had about four seats each
Nowhere near full

My guess would be around 600. 60% of the allocation

Yes there were enough empty seats last time to cause an MUEN journos marker pen to run out.

I'm not bothered about Monaco but looking at those points it will be a struggle to get tickets for Villarreal and I have already booked flights. :(

Bodo should be a snip lol

Was there last time ?
We did Spikes overnighter
That was good
We have an absolutely shite travel partner. The club could, and should, be able to put on at least one flight to every single game, either direct or as close as possible with follow-up coaches.
They’d fill it every time.
If the team can fly there’s no hiding behind “can’t get a slot” bollocks.
Will it be a loss-maker? Possibly; sometimes definitely.
But it grinds my fucking gears we don’t have the necessary will.

I think 60% would be accurate for how many people qualify and buy a ticket.
I'm not convinced that they'll be traveling through

That 30,000+ group is an ageing demographic and I can instantly think of 9-10 who have either stopped traveling or now support City from the great Kippax in the sky.
However, rightly or wrongly their points continue to be used.

I don't have a problem with anyone qualifying above me, because they put City first when (in my case) I was prioritising the cricket season at both ends of the football calendar

However it was a tad irritating when I only just qualified for a Bratislava ticket last season and then virtually every supporter I spoke to had benefited from a friend with high points who couldn't be arsed attending

The team don't necessarily fly to commercial airports, you wouldn't get Sportsworld allowed at a military airport.

If that's happening I think it's rare. Elderly guy I knew has passed and had more points than me and I know his ticket hasn't been continued so in theory I should have moved up the criteria list but it doesn't feel like it.

For Bodø which will be in such short supply, I personally think they should be considering collecting tickets in person again. It's a small place so not like we'll be traipsing across the city like Paris, and won't be too many to collect so shouldn't have queues like Celtic.

I think based on recent activities from our “ticket compliance officer” many will now be reluctant to pass their tickets on, you’re not gonna risk 29000 points to help someone out especially when it’s a friend of a friend and there’s no benefit to you anymore
Tbh it is correct policy
But I don’t agree how they have gone about matters

I've not really followed it to be honest, but I hope you're right

Normally I qualify regardless but Bratislava really opened my eyes when there were 8-10 of us around a table and I was the only one who had qualified for my own ticket

And this is the crux of the matter - people passing tickets on. At least collection in destination is fair albeit a ballache.
