First chance ive had to comment today......fucking farce of a draw,fixed from the off.

Saying that,don't mine the dippers.With a full strength side,which we should have,we'll be too strong.

You forgot to mention Merlin in midfield. He wasn't playing in the 4-3
 
People really need to get a grip with this weakened team stuff between now and 22nd April we have at most six games with just one trip of any length (Spurs on the 14th), put your strongest teams out for the away leg and the united game and with luck we can break the back of what we need to do there

I wanted Accrington Stanley, but it wasn't to be, the corrupt devils, while United got a bye to the next round, their name didn't even come out.
 
I am glad the players won't be flapping. They know we're the better team and will play the games accordingly.
 
FFS some of the posts I'm reading...over two legs we should be the much better side. I'd take a score draw at Anfield and let's not forget we didn't have Merlin or Vinny for the 4-3 game...still only ten minutes that really cost us.
 
I can see a couple of GPC style training "knocks" keeping a few players out of the Internationals..

something along the lines of "KdB sustains a freak ginger sunstroke injury" would do nicely

Reminding me of the scene off the damned united film where Clough f**ked Derby by refusing to rest players against their rivals leeds and Juve KO'd their youth team out of the european cup after Leeds kicked them apart

It'll be interesting to see how he goes about it. I think you're probably right that Everton will be slightly weakened, but won't be wholesale changes.
 
I am confident we can see off the dippers over two games, however the turd in the water pipe is playing rags inbetween, ah well the true test of champions. There will be no easy games in semis anyway.
