Well it look's like it may come to pass that the title goes back over to the dark side this year. It's not over until it's over, but short of an act of god we are going to fall short in this campaign. The biggest disappointment for me is that we did'nt make more of a fist of defending our crown, and that the title race is all but over the first week of February, as they say "that's life" and i am sure we will learn and grow from this together as a club.
I will be showing good grace, and will congratulate the new champions if that comes to pass. I do however do it in the knowledge that Manchester City Football Club will come back to regain our crown again, and look forward to all the exciting times that are ahead of for our great club.
The ride has only just begun, and we will prove to be the best again over the magical 38 games in the future.

I just hope we don't use their name and say congratulations to our neighbours, you know just like the Knight of the realm and his sidekick captain Ferdinand did ;-)

Hasn't the word 'class' been Trade Marked by the Rags? After all they use it all the time and then go and show how they have none.

I will definitely be congratulating "Trafford". Winds them up no end. LOL

It doesn`t really though does it ?
I as i`m sure many rags do find the "your grounds not even in manchester" a bit of a shit jibe, when they lift the Premiership this season do you think they`ll feel it`s not quite the same as when we won it as the ground lies outside the boundaries of Manchester, how is it a case of us having one over on them due to the stadiums location ?

A fair point to be honest pal

Should they win it this season, don't let any fooker tell you they took it back. You can't take trophies back. You can only steal them. On the last day of the season. On goal difference. While their fans are singing it's theirs :)
