Classic reggae tunes

Oh my god, just love this thread! :-)

Can't beat Reggae music. Glad this has been dug back up. Be up all night now going through these remembering the days when I used to go in The Big Western and the Blues down the Moss and Hulme until all hours!

I'm going out with my family for the day so I haven't got time to post some classics on this 'fred' anniversary, but I'll be here later on tonight ;-)

I remember going to see "The Bloodfire Posse" when they did a festival in Manc. Platt Fields, if memory serves me. It started raining before these guys came on and with the few of us left, we had to show some real love. They broke down the groove and made us all dance looo-oow!!

It was one of the most enjoyable gigs I've been to. It felt really personal as there were so few of us and the band gave their all for our enjoyment. You can hear raw and basic their sound was. They rocked, man!
