After many, many, many hours of trying, I have now come to the conclusion that saving these threads is pretty much impossible. Long story short, I can gte the post informaiton back, but inserting them in to the database causes huge instability and the test site crashes at random intervals.
Sorry guys, we really tried to retrieve these :(
