I can understand the pure unbridled rage but I think it's time we drew a line under it now.
Be angry, that's fine but to cause friction and hurl abuse without discretion at fellow blues is utterly ridiculous and behaviour fitting our not so cultured neighbours.
Bravo is coming in, that seems to be fact, but he is not here and so the conjecture on throwing hart out on his arse is simply that. Who knows what will happen, (and yes, I am fully aware what the papers say, they also said we'd signed kaka and that we're ruining football) maybe hart will go out on loan to a team that fits nearer pep's philosophy so he can learn on the job and perhaps endanger someone else's progress rather than our own, maybe he'll be our cup keeper, maybe the entire thing is a lie to make him see he needs to change. The inner workings of city are hard to see these days and until things happen (or we leak it on the Champions league website) it's all theory and guesswork.
Now, the fact Joe is leaving doesn't mean that he isn't a top keeper, search my posts I always have and always will rate him the highest in the country, but sometimes, a good man isn't the right man. The fact he might be moved on isn't because he's suddenly shit and those hailing bravo's arrival aren't suggesting this and quite frankly you'd be an idiot to suggest it.
But Guardiola sees him every day, he'll see more about Joe in a day than we do in a year purely due to proximity but I'm not going to sit here and tell everyone it's because of Joe's shitty attitude which, in all honesty I don't agree with I think he's a fighter and I love that sort of player, but someone else in this thread suggested conflicting personalities in the dressing room and this cannot be understated, I imagine someone who perhaps prefers to withdraw and ponder their actions won't take well to someone who demands answers and action. But as I say, we can only speculate to his actions and behaviour.
But when all' said and done something has sparked this move, and we can sit here behind our screens cry, woman, moan and throw our toys out of the pram but that won't help anyone. When we put all our eggs in the Pep basket we knew that he'd rock the boat, that's what all genius' do and we can voice our displeasure but there's a line between that and embarrassing ourselves.
My personal take on it is this; I'm happy bravo is coming, sure there are weak points to his game but there are to Hart's, as there are the De Gay boy's and Gunn's. Bravo is, in my opinion, a much more rounded keeper which in our style of game is vital.
I love Hart and will be sad if he leaves us but he leaves us a champion, I will think no less of him because someone judged him worse than another keeper and I will always remember his service to the club. But what I don't understand about him is that he knew Pep was coming in many many months in advance. Why hasn't he shown any progress in ball retention, distribution and passing? It doesn't seem right.
Maybe this will be a mistake by the club and it's something we should and need to discuss but it's devolved into the same points, the same YouTube videos citied as undeniable proof of shitness and roundly abusing one another at that point we need to stop.
