Clicking on the Thread Title

When you're on a thread, such as this, why is the thread title clickable?
It actually just takes you back to the same place or am I missing something?

I guess few lads are too lazy to click the refresh button...dunno, nobody understand programers, it s a crazy world....

I agree, it's a pointless feature of the software. When I get a minute I'll look at changing it.
