Having just done school lunches for the hoardes, the This! chaps have tinfoil, though Mrs This!'s gals have clingfilm. Bloody blended families...

If you want it to keep the sandwich warm then use tin foil. If you don't give a shit use cling film. Cling film is cheaper as well!!!!!
