I know It's difficult at the moment given our most recent disappointments In the cups and our current league form, but.....Imagine If you can.
Just how sweet would It be...how emotional and heart warming. How utterly and totally fantastic beyond our wildest ever dreams If we did over the next few seasons become champions of England and then of Europe.
They say that pleasure and reward should be made after a long struggle!
I think In terms of our core support It would be difficult not to be totally over the blue moon. When I think back to our last trophy and how It felt, I was fifteen years old and still a school boy. Wembley 76 was sweet. I am fifty (50) years old next year. I hope we can do something so we can party for a summer and see our club at the top of the tree. My son Is 19 and he Is a solid blue....Wembley 99 was his moment. I hope he does'nt have to wait as long as me for the next heart warmer!
