Tough one that. I’d like to think they’d hold some back for personal callers but I guess it’s a fluid situation with tickets shifting online all the time as well as to those turning up in person. It would need close monitoring to stay on top of it.As a fellow seat counter, what do you think they do in this situation if there is a queue at the ticket office? I wonder if they hold a few from offline sales so they aren't turning anybody away right at the window?
