I'm sure many will go on to be mentioned in the same breath as Bell, Lee, Summerbee etc but would you say any of the current players are already worthy of that title?

I'd argue that unless they do something to end on really bad terms, Kompany and Aguero already are.

I can see Hart, Kompany and Aguero becoming spoken of in the same breath as those three legends.

Yaya and Silva are up there but I have a feeling they won't be at the club for as long as the first three

I'd include Zaba not just for his unselfish commitment on the field but the way he's immersed himself in the club off the field as well. He may not be a star player but he's the type of player every successful club needs in their squad.

Yaya is already a club legend even if he leaves tomorrow.
Agreed, not many score a cup winning goal.

Semi-final, final and a winning brace in our last away fixture says legend.

QPR should have been a formality but this is City we're talking about.

To my mind a player needs to have committed more years to the club than to any other - preferably most of his career - to ever reach that level. I'd like to think any of them could do it - Yaya is only 26 games away from having played for City more than Barca, even - but still, I think it needs a time investment as much as having had one or two good seasons.
