No !! it was mention on here a few weeks ago so there is a possibility it was talked about but once Liverpool went for furlough the fa thought we cant do a transfer ban know that Liverpool are furlough ! now that Liverpool 'changed' their minds, they can discuss it again.

Doubt it , we all know their net spend is zero and they have the trophy to prove it. Not forgetting the Coutinho money in a cayman islands account that has'nt been touched yet.
