You do wonder about the conversations that take place between City and perspective sponsors like this. So, serious business people on both sides. On the one hand by getting involved with City you will get huge global exposure and be connected with an amazingly successful club and team, managed by the worlds best coach. The downside is that there is this non too bright guy called Masters sat in London, who works for the cartel, and a raft of shill journalists, who will likely suggest that you are not a real company, you are not capable of calculating the commercial value to you of what you will be paying for the exposure, and you are involved in some sort of sham. I do genuinely wonder if it gets discussed.
