To suggest that a guy who has scored i think 16 in 34 in international football? is no improvement on what we have is imo a bit silly. He may not be a dream signing for many but he would probably have helped us finish higher up the table this last season and maybe a european spot, which would have in turn have made it easier to attract better players now.
