I didn't go that route, as I tend to remember that bringing in too many players at once means your team crashes around January.
Shout on To Madiera though.
I've brought in Kallstrom, Pannuci, Johannson, and West.
Oh dear. You appear to be a mystic! Dropped to six after 20 games. Can't buy a win and haven't played my full team due to horrendous injuries.Got Risp though which was nice.
You'll be fine again with 10 games to go. Should still get through automatically, or playoffs if injuries are REALLY bad.
I'm blooding the team slowly. Addressed the CB and AM problem straight away with West and Kallstrom who formed a nice spine with Whitley. Picked up Panucci a few months later slotting him in at RB, only played a few games though. Johansson came on Hot Prospect, so he's playing once every three of four games and spending the rest of the time in the Reserves to keep his fitness up.
Pulled out of a last minute deal to sign Samba, as I thought 4m was too much for a 16 year old. Currently watching David Prutton who I'll get in a few months to rotate with Whitley until he takes over as first choice when I go up. Got my eye on Pinardi as a future Prem signing too, as I'm short of left sided attackers. I need some quality up front too, as I don't rate Toure or Huckerby as back up strikers, and I play SWP on the right of midfield. Perhaps I'll drag Madiera in if I get a bad injury.
Wanchope is my leading scorer and best rated, with 9 in 13. Goater's only got 3 in 16 but had 7 assists. Tiatto and Berkovic are fighting for most MoMs, with 3 each. pearce has being surprisingly good and kept Horlock out of the LB slot. It's a problem position though for next year, and I'm looking around for a good bargain in the summer.
4th in the league after 14 games, and in the 5th Round of the League Cup. I play a reserve team in the Cup at the moment, including Croft and Dunfield in midfield, Colosimo in defence and Nash in net.
