Coca Cola (Soft/Fizzy) drinks

I love a Pepsi Max to be honest. I can go without the drinks with sugar though.

I know water is a better option but the way I view it, the Pepsi Max stops the urge for more sugared sweets and drinks.

Couldn't put a number on it but if I buy 2 x 2L bottles they're usually gone in 4-5 days.

Rubicon Mango or Pepsi Max for me, Clive.

I honestly feel like Coke Zero is more addictive than regular Coke. Perhaps because you actually feel the calories of regular coke, so you get 'full' from it. You can kind of wean yourself off it with sparkling water, in my experience.

I drink a lot of Dr Pepper/Coke, usually cans. But spend more on smaller bottles because the big ones lose fizz within a day if left in the fridge (well not completely, but enough to make it lose taste)

Surprisingly very rarely. Once a week maybe.

Always prefer can to bottle. They are colder and taste nicer to me.

We have the flat stuff in the house (cordial) mostly for the kids.

Don’t drink any fizzy juice especially cola, just drink the diluted juice something like summer fruits or similar,oh I lie I take tonic water in my couple of gins on a Friday night..

Not often but if I do it’s a zero Fanta

Quite why they still do full fat fizzy drinks is beyond me as the zero ones are just as good. Saying that though I’ve never needed a sugar hit.

Have a look at how much sugar is in a can of full fat coke. Frightening

In a standard 12 oz can of non diet coke, there's 39 grams of sugar. That's near as dammit 10 teaspoons. Anyone who thinks, "meh, that's not much"; either make yourself a cuppa with ten spoons of sugar in it, and try and drink it. Or, measure out ten spoons of sugar into a bowl, and look at how much it actually is.

Never touch ‘em, bar the very occasional rum, or whiskey and coke.
I'm like you
I'll have Cola in a rum or a long island iced tea. Can't remember the last time I had a can on its own
I may pick up a ribena light if I buy a meal deal, but normally I just drink the water I've taken out with me and give the beena to my daughter
I'm actually on dry January and my intake of fluids is two or three coffees in the morning and rest of the day water
