Cockroach advice

I just got up really early and opened the microwave to heat the milk for my coffee there is a fat 1 inch cockroach in there , it's alive, (fucking summer) what do I do, do microwave it or do I open the door again and spray the horrible twat with bug killer ?


My dilema is whatever I do I may have to clean the microwave because if I do microwave it I foresee a small explosion, if I spray it the microwave will stink of that horrible bug killer fly spray for days

Please advise what would you do?
