Saw something about coconut oil or coconut water on a Dragon's Den type show a while back. A bloke was saying it made a good mouthwash and they should start selling it. The judges/show had it tested and it was proven to be no more effective than swilling your mouth out with water. Massive con.

Did they test it for 2 weeks...?

I know it doesn't work for some people, but there are dentists that swear by it along with the normal brushing days.

My gran had fantastic white teeth all her life, she used dry baking soda on a brush and then a swill out with Sarsons vinegar.

I have a Cole gate toothpaste at the moment and the stuff is fucking dark green

well if the paste is green its the paste, if the colour code is green on the tube its all natural. according to something i seen online earlier.
