Possibly but there's some reasonably youngish people saying such stuff is lingering for weeks.

My 24 year old lad would agree with that. Coughing heavily for two weeks over the new year and he said it felt worse than Covid which he's had twice. Same with my wife cough wise. I had it too but for some reason it was mild and I've got a suppressed immune system.
