you'd think the Malmaison would shake a leg now too , now that we're in partnership with them ....... it wouldn't kill them to offer a cut-price deal to Manchesters finest fans , i'm sure they could afford to!

No. this is for anyone who's coming to Manchester for whatever reason. It could go off topic but plenty of Blues travel from all over for home games, and have done fro years.

I know that the mitre hotel had been taken over by new ownership last year and offered special deals for City fans going to games, and a decent cheap deal it was too (though Out of the Blue and previously The Birch opposite Ashburys gave us the best deal we ever could get, free bed and lodgings whenever we were staying over before or after games, not the most salubroius rooms I have ever stayed in, but good enough to crash into when blocked).
