Community Shield; blues behaviour North Stand

Sorry to dampen Sunday's celebrations, but felt very disappointed at the behaviour of some of our fans at half time in the North Stand.

The foul-mouthed tirade at the two ladies serving behind the counter was completely unacceptable. They must have gone away that afternoon thinking City fans are all arrogant drunken thugs. Yes, it was foolish there only being two servers for hundreds of fans, but as my pal remarked, it's hardly better at the Etihad.

In addition, those at the front of the queue were almost impaled against the wire sheeting at the counter by the masses pushing to get their half-time beer fix.

Let's try and conduct ourselves in a more refined manner when on our travels please; we don't want a reputation as evil Neanderthals. Think about others. There were plenty of youngsters around and they ought not to be exposed to that sort of behaviour.

You must have been the only one. It was a right pea souper in the one I went in.

Abusing people doing their job is wrong though (unless it's a traffic warden).

I didn't arrive till half-time so I pushed to the front of the queue and I had a smoke in the toilets at full time, I even missed the trophy being lifted due to my nicotine rush.
