As for the kids, it's a football match not a nursery.

Not really an excuse for knobhead-behaviour is it?

Little wonder football fans have a bad rep, and then they whinge about being herded about like cattle.

Only the same ones who whinge about people swearing at football and they don't count.

Sorry to dampen Sunday's celebrations, but felt very disappointed at the behaviour of some of our fans at half time in the North Stand.

The foul-mouthed tirade at the two ladies serving behind the counter was completely unacceptable. They must have gone away that afternoon thinking City fans are all arrogant drunken thugs. Yes, it was foolish there only being two servers for hundreds of fans, but as my pal remarked, it's hardly better at the Etihad.

In addition, those at the front of the queue were almost impaled against the wire sheeting at the counter by the masses pushing to get their half-time beer fix.

Let's try and conduct ourselves in a more refined manner when on our travels please; we don't want a reputation as evil Neanderthals. Think about others. There were plenty of youngsters around and they ought not to be exposed to that sort of behaviour.

Rant over.

Good grief.

Is no one taking this seriously?!

;0)

It appears not.

You have a point, but the clubs don't help themselves. This applies also to our ground. It appears that an effort is made to reduce the amount of alcohol consumed. Having 2 servers on to serve 100's of fans seems totally inadequate. Same thing happens at City. If you don't get to the bar 10 minutes before 1/2 time then forget it. What happened to the bottle only queue?

Anyway this does not excuse the behaviour, but perhaps explains it.....

There are some cretins that follow us (like most clubs) I'm afraid, comes with territory.

I moved seats at half time due to some prize pricks on Sunday.
