wembley ticket news [ in person now ]
City with new boys Sergio Aguero, Gael Clichy and Stefan Savic in the squad will return to their happy hunting ground at Wembley on Sunday, 7 August to renew battle with neighbours United.
And tickets remain on general sale to existing supporters with, from 3 August, some important changes to the criteria.
Tickets will be available for purchase IN PERSON at the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office from 9am on Wednesday morning so if you are attending the open training session it is the perfect opportunity to pop in a buy a seat for the big pre-season showdown.
Booking fees and postal delivery charges clearly will not apply to 'in person sales' but tickets will remain on sale over the phone with a £2.50 booking fee per ticket.
However, the delivery fee of £5.45 will no longer aplly to telephone bookings and all tickets purchased on the phone from 3 August onwards will be available for venue collection only at Wembley Stadium from 10.30am on 7 August.
Internet sales are no longer available.
The match that pits the FA Cup winners against the Champions is sponsored by McDonalds kicks off at 2.30pm.
Five categories of match ticket are available to purchase, priced as follows:

Category 4 £20 £10
Disabled £20 (plus free assistant)
